My full time job is at a zoo.
I’ve had many of my own dogs and cats but I also help find homes for dogs and cats in need. The past year I’ve found 4 homes for dogs that were in need just by sharing with friends. I work full time but often work from home. I can arrange my schedule to meet the needs of your pets. Spending time with them as needed. One thing I’ve learned from working at the zoo is all animals like enrichment. I enjoy making homemade enrichment to keep dogs busy. A paper towel roll with a few treats or a cardboard egg crate work well. Stimulating pets is just as important as the walks, the belly rubs and the hugs.

We have an invisible fence for my dogs. They also visit the dog park and take rides with us. I walk one dog on a leash but my lab is not good on a leash at all.

Cathy watched 2 dogs at our house over the Christmas holiday-she was very reliable and was a great companion to the dogs- we would definitely use her services again!!
Cathy was amazing with our dog Ernie! She was loving and took excellent care of him while she was there. She kept me updated and sent me pictures. We will definitely be booking Cathy again in the future :)

Cathy did a wonderful job taking care of our dog, Ruthie. She stayed over at our house as we knew its where our dog would be more comfortable. Cathy took Ruthie on lots of walks during the day and the one morning Ruthie wouldn't pee on the walk, Cahty sent her son over to walk her at lunch time to make sure her needs were met. She was comfortable having the dog out on our electric fence and sent us just the right amount of updates and pictures. She is dependable, reliable, kind and you can tell is a lover of dogs and all animals. The house was just how we left it and she even put the sheets in the washing machine. We will definitely be using Cathy in the future.
Cathy did great with my 15 chickens, including 2 roosters!
Cathy is amazing with our pup and we’re so lucky to have found her!!!! She gives amazing updates and obviously attentive and wonderful care to every animal!

Schedule
I work full time in an office but can work from home if planned. I prefer weekend care but with enough notice I can book.
