I’ve raised baby birds, baby chickens, puppies, kittens, you name it. I even raised a tortoise for over 25 years, who now lives at a protected reserve in Waimanalo. My home is full of love from every generation of both people and animals.

We have a big yard with separated, designated areas for our animals. Some live indoors, and most are outside. We have a big shaded deck that the dogs love during the hot days, and a nice big coop for our chickens. I’m attentive to their feeding, cleaning, and medication schedules.

My mother has been raising a plethora of animals since I was a baby. Dogs, cats, rabbits, tortoises, chameleons, birds, and so many more. She has rescued many of them from the wild around the island.
Cathy takes such good care of her animals, every time I visit she is tending to their needs. She keeps their spaces clean and her home in neat order

I have a very open schedule, I care for my home which includes dogs, cats, chickens, guinea pigs, chameleons, parrots, and myna birds! The rest of my time is spent with my three kids and grandchild
