An experienced dog owner who has looked after many family & friends dogs too. I have experience with rescue dogs, anxious/nervous dogs, senior dogs and puppies. Available for home visits, walkies and day care in my own home. I have sadly just lost my beloved 16 year old Staffy and I'm looking to support local owners with dog care needs and fill my days with the tippy tap of paws again. I live extremely close to hillsborough park so days will be spent with cuddles, walks, free treats (as I also happen to work for Pooch & Mutt dog food remotely) or whatever your dog needs! I am happy to ensure your dog(s) are the only pets I sit at one time to make sure they are comfortable and get all the attention they deserve!

Safety, trust & environment
Before any dog visits my home or I visit theirs, I'd appreciate a meet and greet so we can all get to know eachother and build trust. I have a secure fenced garden. There are steps leading up to our property but i am used to carrying those dogs who struggle with mobility up them & also have a hoist to help.

Cathryn is a fantastic dog sitter. She had our dog for 4 nights and she was well loved and looked after. Regular photos and messages to say how she was doing was very reassuring for our kids. Highly recommend Cathryn and would use her again for our dog Luna.
I recently left my dog Lily, with Cat for the weekend and she had such a great time she didn't want to go home! Cat is amazing with dogs and I would definitely recommended her to anyone who needs a sitter for their pet - they'll be sure to get lots of cuddles! 🐶
I can’t recommend Cathryn enough! She's been absolutely fantastic with my dog, Steve - who is full of energy and loves nothing more than attention and long walks in the woods. I always feel completely at ease knowing Steve is in such capable hands. I get regular updates and photos, and it’s clear how much care and affection he's shown. When I get home, Steve is happy, well-exercised, and clearly loved. A truly wonderful dog sitter who goes above and beyond!
I’m so happy I found Cat to look after my little dog Benji! She's watched him a few times now, and he always has the best time with her. I really appreciate that she understands his dog-reactivity and is so good about taking him on walks. The photo updates she sends are great, and I can tell Benji absolutely loves spending time with her.

Schedule
I work from home 100% of the time (minus the odd business trip) and have flexi working opportunities. I can be available all day, any week day from 8am to 8pm and occasionally on weekends too. I am happy to do multiple home visits or walks a day so long as this is local. If your dog comes to our house for the day, I can fit in up to 3 walks to keep minds & bodies busy as well as plenty of play and rest time. I work for a dog food company so we're never short on treats here but I am of course happy to cater to your requests and requirements - you know what's best for your pet!
