Loving, Reliable Dog Care 🐾
I have a lifelong love for animals and understand how important it is to find reliable, compassionate care for your pet. I grew up with a Border Collie and previously owned a Bichon Frisé, so I’m familiar with a variety of temperaments and care needs. In addition to dogs, I have experience caring for farm animals, including chickens. I have cared for dogs with diabetes that needed insulin shots at regular intervals and dogs that require medication. I would welcome the opportunity to schedule a meet-and-greet to ensure I’m a great fit for you and your pet. Additional Information: My Rover house-sitting rate includes overnight care in your home (approximately 12 hours) along with drop-in visits for potty breaks pending the desired frequency required by the pets. I oftentimes spend all day with pets but an additional fee will apply if 24-hour constant care is needed. I am also happy to offer bathing and brush out for shedding dogs like golden retrievers.

Safety, trust & environment
I feel like it’s best to disrupt the pets routine as little as possible so staying in the dog’s home environment reduces the stress of owners being absent. Written instructions of a dog’s daily care routine are very helpful for reference.

Cathryn took great care of our pets while we were away. She checked in frequently and kept us up to date on how they were doing. We’ll definitely book her again for future visits!
Cathryn took wonderful care of Gus! She made sure he felt comfortable and all his needs were met. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt like he was safe and well cared for. She sent pictures of him frequently. We will have Cathryn stay with Gus again soon.

Schedule
I enjoy taking dogs for walks as well as baths and brushing. Dog self washes are great! Of course individual pets have their own needs regarding physical activity. I’m happy to take your pup for walks but it’s also fine if they prefer the couch potato lifestyle.
