I work at a local flower shop part-time. Hours are 10-5p and I live 5 minutes away. Being so close allows me to let dogs out in the middle of my shift. I look forward to building a new pet family there!

I need to know how your dog behaves around other dogs, kids, or people. If there are any restrictions I'd be happy to work with your pet as much as possible to make it easy for all of us. A house sit includes a lot of social time with your pet, feeding, light cleaning, and one walk per paid day.
A typical day
I can accommodate whatever level of activity your dog needs. I'm very active and love to be outside. We can go hiking, go to the beach, or find a nice park.

I have been a pet sitter and dog walker for six years. I currently work part-time at a local flower shop that allows for flexibility when I am watching pets. They can come to work with me if they are slower paced and like people. 😊 My husband is deployed with the Army for the next year so I'm hoping to stay busy! Blossom, my 5 year old English Bulldog, loves to make new friends. I have a big fenced in front yard for them to sniff and play. I have gained an extensive pet sitting family. My standards are high and I understand the importance of having a communicative and mindful pet sitter in your home. I have cared for all kinds of animals, in all stages of life and it has been such a fulfilling experience. I love what I do. Every animal is unique and I enjoy learning how to communicate with every one that I meet. I'm a permanent resident here in Apalachicola as of March 2025 and looking to build a new pet family. Catie was fabulous. She was so attentive to Phoebe. I received pictures and updates daily. She treated Phoebe like her own. I see on many Rover sitter bios that they like to take the dogs for walks or to the dog park, but in the past I have never known a sitter that had actually done that with Phoebe. But Catie did that several times this week and sent me photos. Both walks and the dog park. She was incredibly sweet. I really can't say enough good things about her. Highly recommend and will definitely use her again. 5 STARS
Catie took great care of my pug puppy! She was so terrific to work with and sent me lots of pictures. I would definitely like to have her house and pet sit again.
Catie was amazing! She left my house spotless and even cleaned and changed the sheets. Rosie loved her and even stayed by the door looking for her to come back after she left to go to her house. I highly recommend Catie!
Lily loves Catie. Every aspect of the experience from frequent walks to playtime to just loving care could not have been better.
