Cathlin took care of our 16 year old senior dog who needed a lot of care and attention. We had peace of mind that for the three days we were out of town, our dog was in safe hands.

We were so happy with Cathlin’s services! She did a lovely job watching our two Shih Tzu’s. We got picture and video updates and felt very comfortable knowing they were in good hands. We would recommend anytime!

Cathlin is the only person I trust to watch my dog. She watched him for a month while I was in Hawaii in 2017 and she watched him for another month while I was in France in 2019. She also watches him as needed when I cannot take him. She watched him in Feb for a week while I was in Mexico. I also sometimes drop him off for the day if I can’t take him because he has a condition when he can only eat soft/liquid food (diverticulum in his œsophagus) and he has to eat 4 times a day and he is on medication. If I’m gone the whole day and my husband is traveling Cathlin is here to help to give him his medication and feed him as needed. He now needs feeding 4 times a day and needs to be burped (because of his condition) and held a few minutes after each meal. Cathlin is very good at keeping him on his schedule and she makes sure to let me know how he’s doing. He has to be watched closely since he cannot have anything hard to eat (he would die if the pouch in his œsophagus perforates). My dog also gets to sleep with Cathlin and her dogs when he’s over there. Since he sleeps with me he’s happy to still be able to sleep with his pack. If Cathlin isn’t around to watch him, I’m in big trouble because I don’t trust anyone else with him. I read too many stories about dogs getting lost because of caretakers not closing the doors or gates etc… my dog loves going there and Cathlin 2 little dogs are like his brother and sister since he knew them since he was a baby. Cathlin volunteers for the Valley Humane Society and she was his foster mom until he was about 2 months old. He’s 7 years old now and her home is like his second home. When Cathlin isn’t watching him, we sometimes stop by just to play with the other dogs, it’s like going to camp, but better because the dogs get to play all day and are not kenneled.

My dog Lucy is a special case. She had a rough start, was picked up by a rescue and was lucky enough that Cathlin became her first safe haven. Cathlin was her foster mama and let Lucy have a safe home to bear and raise her four puppies. I adopted Lucy and we have had such a great time but she is always wary of people sure to her rough start. My husband and I often worried when we were away. I did not know that Cathlin and Lucy had a "past". I met Cathlin years later and saw she was pet sitting. I reached out with confidence knowing that she was a highly respected foster for this rescue. What a lovely surprise to find out she knew my Lucy. I can now travel knowing Lucy is happy and cared for. Lucy literally runs to her door when we arrive! I can not recommend Cathlin highly enough! 5 stars all the way around.
