Home All Day for Your Dog
I’ve been around and cared for dogs all of my life. I work from home with a nice fenced backyard and I live across the street from Bluemont park with lots of fields and trails for exploring. I have a 10 year old golden Cavalier (Clover) and we go on long walks in the park and around the neighborhood. Your dog will be allowed on the furniture and the bed if you like or in their crate when needed if that is your preference. I’m home all day and give lots of attention to the dogs I care for. I will only care for one dog at a time along with my dog.

Cathleen did an amazing job watching my 14-year-old dog, Ollie, while I was away. She sent lots of pictures and updates, which really helped put my mind at ease. It was obvious she genuinely cared about him. Since Ollie is a senior dog, I really appreciated that she made sure he got his walks without overdoing it. She was so kind and easy to work with, and Ollie was happy and well cared for when I got home. I would definitely recommend Cathleen to anyone looking for a great dog sitter, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!
Cathleen took wonderful care of our Winnie while we were away. Winnie is an senior dog, so we really appreciated Cathleen’s thoughtful updates and how attentive and caring she was throughout the stay. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Winnie was doing well, enjoying her walks, and eating all her food. Winnie also had such a great time with Cathleen’s dog, Clover. They got along so well, and it was nice knowing Winnie had a sweet companion during her stay. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care and would absolutely trust Cathleen again in the future!

My dog Mabel loves going to Cathleen’s house. She takes such great care of her, taking walks with her dog Clover and just providing a loving and caring environment. She sends photos showing Mabel and Clover napping together. So nice to not have to worry when I’m away.
I cannot recommend Cathleen enough, especially when it comes to pet care. She is dedicated and caring pet owner and I trust her with my dogs completely. You will not find a more trustworthy and dependable dog walker.

Schedule
I am self employed and work from home so your dog will get lots of attention. Your dog will rarely be left alone and if so not for a long time. I take daily walks (2 times a day) so that is already part of my routine.

I have a fenced yard and a doggie door if your dog likes to use that. I also have a 10 year old golden Cavalier to keep your dog company.

We will walk in the morning and in the evening. I have a backyard if your dog wants to go explore. If they like to play with a ball, etc. we can do that.
