Hi! My name is Catherine. I can empathize with the stress of leaving your cat at home alone - and with the frustrations of having a sitter who isn’t quite as communicative as you like. I promise to over-communicate to you the details of my visit and put your mind at ease. No question is annoying to me - I get it! I’ve had my orange boy for over five years now and he’s quite high maintenance, so I know all the tricks to keeping a cat comfortable! I am detail oriented, good at following directions, and will be respectful of your home. I’ll always try to leave your home in better condition than when I got there. I will give your cat all the love and attention that it’s comfortable with. Cats aren’t just pets - they’re our family members. And I promise to treat yours like they’re a part of mine!

I will make sure your cat will have meal time and keep to your feeding schedule. I will clean litter boxes, play with your cat if they want me to, brush and groom if they’ll let me, and spend time with them so they don’t feel lonely while you’re away. I’ll also usually tidy up any messes your cat makes eating or in general if I can find a broom/vacuum in the open (I won’t go through any of your things to find these… only if it’s out in the open!!) If your cat is shy or spicy, I’m happy to bring a book and keep them company. I believe in staying the full time you’ve booked me for regardless of the level of interaction with your cat.

We rebooked Catherine while the first visit was still active, same amazing care the second time around!! She is so great with our cats (our shy closet-cat even comes to Catherine when she calls her name, now!) and leaves super detailed (and usually hilarious) updates after each visit. We are so happy to have found Catherine, thanks so much!!
Catherine was absolutely amazing!! Great personality, great energy, and I clicked with her the moment I met her. I had a couple of emergency changes with the dates and she responded immediately and was such a huge help. I could not have survived without her! Her care for my 2 cats were incredible as well. She even cleaned my cat’s “accidents” which happened more than once while I was away. What I loved about Catherine is that she thinks for herself and makes the appropriate action. You don’t have to tell her what to do from A to Z. Which is so helpful!! Catherine also owns her own precious cat too so she’s very experienced on cat’s needs and what to do when cats have accidents. (Not to mention she cleaned my sofa spotless after the accident!) My cats absolutely loved her and even my shy one was chirping away and giving her belly flops every time she came to our home. Catherine is a gem. A unicorn. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
Catherine is a fantastic cat sitter! She provides incredibly detailed updates after every visit—I always know exactly what she did during her time with Aerie. Her recaps give me a clear snapshot of how the session went, and it’s obvious she spends quality time with my cat. She’s very detail-oriented, easygoing, follows all instructions to a T, and takes plenty of photos. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who appreciates thorough, thoughtful updates while they’re away from their pets.
Catherine was such a great cat sitter for my two babies. She was so communicative and made me feel so safe leaving my cats in her care. She sends the best report cards after her visits!!

Schedule
I’m available at all times on the weekends, and for weekdays can only do night time drop ins! I have a full time job Monday-Friday so am a little limited in terms of availability.
