My name is Cat... but I promise I love dogs! 🐶
I've loved animals since I was a little girl, forever pestering my parents for a dog(!), and although they never gave in (damn) I have been lucky enough to live with a range of different dogs over my 8 years in London - from chihuahua to golden retriever! As well as being designated dogsitter, I have made a variety of furry pals from Borrow My Doggy, who I look after for daytime company, walks or weekend/holiday stays.

Cat was fantastic! She communicated very well before, during, and after the booking was complete. She was very attentive to our cat and sent us pictures and videos of every visit. We arrived home to a very well cared for cat. Thank you, Cat!

Cat was very affectionate with Mordy from the first meeting and he responded in kind. Cat sent me loads of pictures and Mordy clearly had a lovely time. She is obviously very fond of dogs and was totally at ease with him. He had plenty of loo breaks and had comfy places to relax into overnight. We will defo use Cat again.
Even though Orion was a little nervous, Cat did an amazing job coaxing him outside. He's blind and deaf and loves treats! Her patience earned his trust and he was much less nervous the next morning. Cat is his new best friend! We'll definitely call Cat again for more overnight bookings for Orion. Cat also sent us video and pics whilst we were away.
Velvet can be quite shy and suspicious at first, but she ended up warming up to Cat in the end :) We received daily videos, photos, and updates, which made us more relaxed during our holiday.
Cat took great care of our doggo ? Mocha was very happy to stay with Catherine and her lovely cat Branston. We received updates, pictures and videos throughout Mocha's stay and were reassured she's in good hands ? Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Schedule
I work in Marketing at an Education Charity and am home based three/four days a week. I live with depression so it’s really important I get out and about for a walk on these days in particular - but it doesn’t always happen unfortunately! I find spending time with animals so therapeutic, and when I am dogsitting I find the motivation and purpose of walking a dog really helpful and always lifts my mood. I am fairly active, love being out in nature and visiting new places, but equally I am a very relaxed person and am more than happy spending time at home.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a spacious one bedroom flat with a secure balcony and Branston my adorable ragdoll cat 🐱 who is very sweet and well behaved around dogs (he needs to be for when I eventually get one!) but it does mean for stays/holidays I would only be able to take on a dog that is good with cats. I'm very close to two large parks, so plenty of room for pups to roam and of course, lots to sniff!
