We love having sleepovers to our cozy home to celebrate every day with waking kisses, loving care, and endless play in our beautiful mountainside playpen! Freelance work from home gives me all the time dogs and cats can require to stay happy and healthy while parents are away from home. Whether sitting in my or your home, my Candler location and years of pet sitting of all breeds and personalities facilitates happy furry babies of all kinds. Dedicated cat and pit mom for 20 yrs and an passionate etudiante of dog betterment, psychology, socializing, training and care of every personality, each in their own ways to live their best lives everyday. My pups asked me to give an extra plea for their cousin pits of similar endless activity needs in their acre fenced in yard for all the fun they could have! Catherine did a great job with our puppy while we went white water rafting for the day. She was flexible and helpful.
Our dog Ruby had a wonderful time staying with Cat during our 5 day vacation. Cat is truly a dog person, and she treated our dog like her own family. Cat is very friendly and welcoming, and her 2 big dogs are sweeties. We were a little nervous leaving our 25 pound small dog with the big dogs, but they were buddies by the end of the stay. I highly recommend Cat for your dog boarding needs. We will book again!
Catherine loves dogs more than pretty much anyone I've ever met! She's naturally gifted at anticipating their thoughts and needs. She has two big goofy pups of her own who love to play with guests! I highly recommend sending your furbabies to stay at Catherine's lovely place for doggy camp. They'll be loved on and spoiled just like they are at home ❤️🐕

Schedule
I work intermittingly from home so this is true boarding, giving attention and great care to pups all day long where they can feel free to roam and play on the beautiful mountain fenced property or cozy up for some quiet time inside wherever their heart desires.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs rule the coop here but with a healthy amount of alpha to help them feel secure and carefree. 1 acre of hilltop property gives the wild ones lots of room to run, play, smell, pp, poopoo to their heart's desire. Older, younger, or just plain hermits can escape the wild bunch and chill inside on whatever human bed, dog bed, couch or corner and even inside my large crate, which my dogs know is as a safe place for some healthy time-outs!

Moved to AVL to indulge in the most beautiful fresh air environment known to DOG! 1 acre of roaming and running land on a little hill....beautiful walks/hikes in every direction....lots of socializing and happy memories hitting AVL's downtown...really whatever the dog dictates would be living his best life!
