Pawlo! I’m Cathi, a dog mom of 3 pomchi. I grew up with mostly dogs, but I’ve had cats and a full-palm size turtle who doesn’t like the water much and often lies and plays with my dogs. I have always had a deep affinity for pets, which led me to gain valuable knowledge in pet care. I am experienced and comfortable with all sizes of fur babies. I’ve had and cared for large and small breeds with different temperaments and personalities. I like taking time during walks so the fur babies can have time to take in their surroundings. I believe this is an enhancing and enjoyable experience for them. They get to have learning experiences with all the different smells and take in the natural environment. I live near Hermitage and often take my dogs walking from Hermitage crossing over to other nearby parks like Rundle, Gold Bar, and Fraser. I don’t like leaving my dogs alone if I can help it, so I understand it’s important to have our fur babies not feel lonely. I’ll make sure to give lots of company time, cuddles, and playtime with drop-ins.

I'm not able to provide boarding at this time. I’ve been house-sitting for friends, co-workers, and clients I’ve gotten to know through word of mouth with pets. I will ensure my stay will fit your pet’s routine needs, care, playtime, and full of attention and cuddles.

We had a wonderful experience with Catherine! She was very communicative throughout our trip and sent lots of updates, pictures, and videos, which we really appreciated. Our pets absolutely loved her, and she took such great care of them while we were away. Leaving our pets behind for a trip is always nerve-racking, so it was incredibly reassuring knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. We were able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing they were being so well looked after. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive pet sitter!
Catherine is wonderful. I have a very timid cat and I appreciate all the extra little things she does for my her.
Catherine was great! Received several updates everyday with pictures and videos. My cat was well cared for while I was away.
Catherine watched our three pups while out of town for a hockey tournament. She sent lots of photos and videos and kept us updated on how they were doing. They're normally super excited to see us when we get home but based on the attention they got from Catherine, it's like we never left. We wouldn't hesitate to book with Catherine again and definitely will.
Catherine was awesome. She sent me lots of pictures and updates. Also was good at easing my mind if I was concerned about something. She responded quickly. When we got back home our pets were happy and excited, we could tell they were comfortable with her. Thank you, Catherine!
Catherine was a very thoughtful sitter. One of my dogs just had surgery and she was able to monitor the spot and give me updates. She provided substantial picture updates of all my nonhuman family. She cared for them well and I came home to a clean house as I left it. She responded to my communications very promptly, thank you so much!

Schedule
I'm currently working full time, Mon-Fri only, no weekends or holidays. My shifts are 6-2:15, 7:45-4, or 9-5:15pm. I usually get about 2 months of schedule ahead.
