I am retired so I have plenty of dog walking time. I get up early and love being outdoors. Walking is one of my favourite things.

A typical day
If I am looking after someone’s dogs I play with them in the garden. We have plenty of space for them to run about. I love to,take them them for lovely walks around the beautiful countryside of Wadhurst

Pet care experience
I am a retired GP. I have had a dog myself for many years. My first Labrador, Pebble lived until she was 15. Currently we have a black Labrador called Bramble who is 10. She is a sweet dog. She is very quiet and has various health problems including joint dysplasia. She can’t walk far. I love walking and miss her. I have looked after friend’s and family’s dogs. A border terrier called Doris and a Cockapoo called Bertie. They have stayed with us when their owners are away.

Cath has cared for my dog Bertie many times and treats him like family, she is completely reliable and loves walking him, even though he is painfully slow. I wouldn’t hesitate in asking her to care for my dogs, Bertie always is happy to stay with her and that’s so reassuring, she also keeps me updated with messages and photos.
Cath has been beyond amazing with our Border Terrier named Doris. We are particularly anxious about letting people look after Doris as she can be very mischievous and also reactive. Cath is one of the only people that we fully trust to look after Doris, as she is so caring, kind and responsible. Dealing with someone else’s reactive dog must be such a difficult issue to have to deal with, however nothing is ever a problem for Cath. We are very lucky to have her in our lives!
