I’ve taken care of dogs for over 2 decades. I’ve helped train dogs, provided prescribed medication, assisted in emergencies and give lots of puppy pats. I’ve worked with 15- year-old chihuahuas and 6 month old Labrador puppies without any issue or worry. Overall, I’ve been a pet owner and understand how important it is to feel comfortable putting your dog in a new situation. So I’m happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. My main priority is that your pet is safe, comfortable and cared for until your return.

In my home, I live in an apartment which means I take dogs out every 2 hours. Depending on their size and energy I take longer or shorter walks. And at other people homes I’m happy to follow specific instructions but, as my own set of rules, I make sure to clean any messes I find on the property, if a vacuum is available I’m happy to vacuum hair/fur, especially if the pet owner is away for more than 5 days, I’m always available to communicate if any owner wants to check in with me and of course I’m happy to face time if you’d like to check in on your pet. I usually send and end of day message with a picture of your pup and a review of our day.

This was my first time having a sitter stay in my home and I could not ask for a better experience. Catherine took care of my 2 dogs and my home better than I could imagine. She provided daily updates with pictures and videos. She followed detailed directions and kept their routine up perfectly. She put me at ease while I was travelling so I could really focus on my trip. I came back to a clean house with happy dogs. I could see they were at ease with her too. She’s a pro. This is our third time getting to work with Cathy! Everyday we were gone we received the cutest pictures of our pets, she even coordinated with a friend who was borrowing our car, and when we got home the house was beautifully tidy and clean. We look forward to having Cathy in our home with our sweet pets while we travel whenever she’s available!!
Cathy recently watched our cat and dog and also house-sat for us — she was amazing! Not only did she take wonderful care of our “kids,” but I think our apartment was actually cleaner than we left it. She sent lots of photos and updates, checked in regularly, and made sure we felt connected the whole time. Before the stay, she even offered to come by to see our place and meet the pets — they warmed up to her faster than they ever have with anyone new! We immediately felt at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Cathy clearly has a special connection with animals, and we’ll absolutely be using her again.
Catherine was amazing! We came home to a very happy and healthy cat and dog. She was communicative and sent lots of photos, we’re excited to have her come house sit again!
Cathy took such amazing care of Wiggles, my 8 month old puppy and my space! Not only was she diligent in watching Wiggy for his housebreaking needs, Wiggy LOVED spending time with Cathy. She tired him out for the day and a tired pup is a happy pup!
Catherine was amazing! She was punctual, took great care of our puppy and apartment and provided us with updates throughout the day! Would highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m a freelancer and I usually can work remotely, so I have the freedom to schedule my week as I see fit. That means I can take dogs out multiple times in a day, without it disrupting my schedule.
