Catherine house sat for us for 5 days and took care of our two cats. Her communication before, during and after was excellent. She encouraged us to be as specific as possible about our expectations so that she could do the job well. And she did. When we got home from our long drive we found a clean house, everything in order and 2 happy cats. We share the entryway with 3 other neighbors and none of them even knew she was here, it was so quiet. We would use Catherine again.

We had a very disheartening experience with Catherine for overnight pet sitting with our dog Hemingway that included bringing three unexpected guests (including one who stayed overnight) and leaving our dog for five hours even though it was her first time sitting and our profile states we don’t allow this the first visit so he can build trust. This led us to believe that she didn't read his profile and we shared both in person and in our profile about our dog’s separation anxiety. We also name his fear of strangers, specifically his fear of men, so it was really upsetting to find out that multiple people (including 2 men) were invited over without our knowledge or consent. Hemingway has barked, growled, and lunged in these types of situations in the past due to his previous trauma and we would not have consented to having men over without having introduced them to him personally. On top of that, even though we had our guest room prepared for her stay, we came home to find out that not only did they go into our personal bedroom, which was closed off, they slept in our bed and ruined our sheets with blood. She also did not take our dog for a walk as she said she would. This all feels like a severe invasion of privacy on multiple levels, especially since this was never mentioned to us. We only knew from the stained sheets and reviewing our Ring doorbell that showed guests leaving loudly at 1 AM. We would NOT recommend Catherine as a trustworthy dog sitter and don’t recommend her for Rover.

Catherine was great with my hyper and somewhat reactive 2 year old dog! She took her on daily walks and trips to the dog park and followed all the instructions I left while I was on a six-day trip. I recommend Catherine!

Catherine is great! She is attentive, thorough, and communicative. My pup loved hanging out with her.

Catherine did a great job watching Nacho! She sent informative updates to us and quickly let us know us if anything went awry. She followed all of our instructions and also went the extra mile to do helpful things around the house, like take out the trash and strip the linens at the end of her stay. She was friendly and easy to communicate with the whole way. We’d definitely have her watch our dog again.

Catherine did an exceptional job caring for my puppy, Ruby, while I was gone. She took Ruby to the park, played with her in the yard and had hang out cuddle time. Ruby and the house were in great shape when I returned. Thanks, Catherine!
