For dog walking visits I have some physical limitations due to my health. I can go for short (approx 1 mile) walks with mellow walkers of any size. I may need to adjust schedule / route due to hills/ difficult terrain and weather, especially heat. I love going on sniffing walks with dogs that like to stop and smell everything. I can manage most dogs that are reactive on leash depending on size and situation. We can discuss your training/ walk routine to keep everything consistent for your dog. We can discuss your pup's habits and routine and make a plan that works.

I am happy to reinforce any training you are working on during my visit. I love playing fetch and playing with toys. I have worked with anxious dogs who do great with lick mats, slow feeders and puzzles. I know that most cats take more time to warm up to new people than dogs. I am happy to spend some sessions sitting quietly to allow your cat time to get to know me on their terms. I would work to become someone your cat can trust while you're away. I also know that rodents have completely different social needs than dogs or cats. I have my own guinea pigs and I know that a gentle and quiet presence is essential for their comfort. I love setting up enrichment activities with hay, treats, toys and puzzles.
