I am retired, so our drop-off and pick-up times are very flexible. I take the dogs outside approximately every couple of hours and we have lots of snuggle time.

Our guests have free range of the house, except when we leave to run errands. We will normally crate those that are crate trained to try to ensure their safety while we are away.

We do not accept large dogs, nor dogs under 2 years old or overly playful pups because we cater to small dogs in the senior age range. We also do not accept dogs that have not been spayed or neutered. We do require a Meet-n-Greet unless the owner is from out-of-town coming to Jacksonville. Please let me know if your dog is on any mediation and has anxiety when left by its owner, as well as any food aggressions.
A typical day
We have plenty of tennis balls and toys to play with and get lots of outside time, weather permitting. We have lots of snuggle time as well.

Our guests have free range of the house, with a large sunroom if they like to keep an eye on what's going on outside. They are welcome to snuggle up on the sofas, on a comforter on the floor, or a cozy dog bed. If they are used to sleeping in bed with mom and/or dad, no problem!

A great home away from home for my dog.
Catherine was extremely kind and sent daily photos of my pup, which definitely gave me peace of mind while I was away. She took him in with only a few days notice as a first-time customer, and she gave me a tour of where he'd be inside/outside. Will be taking him back again!
Great experience with Catherine! Got daily pictures of my dogs, she has a nice fenced in yard and cozy home for the dogs to rest.
