I have been around dogs mostly, and have had 2 cats in my history of taking care of animals, most of my life. Many family members and friends trust me fully to take care of their animals. I am very attentive to my own animals, and always work my schedule around my 2 dogs to ensure their needs are always met. I am a mature, semi-retired woman, who lives alone and has the time to give my clients high quality care. It is a regular part of my routine. I live in a condominium community and walk my 2 dogs 3-4 times a day. Dogs in my condo community are required to be leashed, and you must immediately pick up after them when they do their job! I have the flexibility to be available on short notice. I also volunteer at the Cherryland Humane Society in Traverse City regularly. I have volunteered cleaning, am a dog walker, and am moving into enrichment currently at the humane society. Enrichment involves providing more one on one care to the dogs that need it. In the clients home I would follow in detail all their instructions and guidelines for the care of their animal(s). I would be considerate of their routine in order to maintain a low stress level for the animals. I treat all animals as if they are my own.

In the client's home I would be very attentive and thorough. I would make sure to follow all instructions by owner to help make sure the dog(s) routine is as familiar as possible, and they are comfortable and not stressed due to owners being away.

Cathi did an amazing job with our two standard poodles! We were in Asia for over four weeks and we were a little nervous to leave them for so long. Poodles require some daily maintenance, like brushing out their head, ears and tail to avoid knots. They both require some daily medication’s as well. We came back to two perfectly tended to poodles. They were happy & relaxed. We were thrilled that they got along with her two little dogs so well. They obviously were well taken care of and we would highly recommend her services to anyone. absolutely five stars!
Cathi was very attentive to the needs of my pups! She kept me aware of how they were doing, and their poops, pees, etc.😁. I will definitely be using her again!
Cathi is fantastic. My husband is disabled and Cathi came by daily to walk Bowser when I was out of town. Bowser was so happy to see her every day.
Cathi was great. No doubt she cared for our fur baby as well as we could ever expect. I would definitely use her again.
We were in town for a few nights and had our Lily stay with Catherine for doggy daycare two of those days. She was amazing, made Lily feel comfortable and at home right away in what was a very stressful situation for her. Her 2 little dogs, Pippy and Violet, are very sweet and helped Lily settle in. I would very happily have Catherine watch our girl again if we found ourselves back in the area.

I have two dogs of my own that I care for daily. I always consider my dogs well being when working out of the home or making any personal plans.
