I work from home with a flex schedule. Have loved and cared for animals since I was a teenager, starting with dog walking and pet sitting, and later working for a professional dog-walking company. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes. Large or small, I’ve walked them all. I had a Staffordshire Terrier named Frederick for 12 years. I rescued him when he had only 32 minutes left at the shelter, and through him, I gained real experience with leash training, obedience training, patience, structure, and caring for a strong, loving rescue dog. Now I have a new rescue that loves the company of others, I would love to host your dog and be their Auntie Catherine while you are away. I also offer dog walks. I am all about setting pets up for success with care, consistency, patience, and lots of love. If dropping off in the evening, the preferred time is before 7 pm to allow time for a walk and settle in before bedtime. Your dog will get lots of love at Camp Auntie Catherine's!

I want every pet in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I live in a condo in a dog-friendly neighborhood with great nearby places for walks, fresh air, and potty breaks. My home is calm, clean, and pet-friendly. I do have a dog living with me. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, energy level, walking style, and comfort needs so I can care for them with patience, structure, and consistency.

Catherine was very professional, very communicative. Loved her sitter style. She even printed out some feeding / health pointers for me to take home!
Catherine took amazing care of our dog over a weekend. It was a last minute booking but we were still able to coordinate a meet and greet. It really felt like she treated our dog Billy as her own! Lots of updates each day with photos :) I would recommend her to anyone! Would love to have her watch Billy again!

Schedule
I work from home (in a condo), which gives me flexibility for walks. I’m available during the week and on weekends, depending on your pet’s needs and my calendar. I do my best to keep your pet’s routine consistent, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest.

- The more I know about your dog, the better I can set them up for success. Please share their normal routine, feeding schedule, potty schedule, walking style, energy level, commands they know, favorite toys, and anything that makes them nervous or overstimulated. I’d also want to know how they do around other dogs, people, stairs, noises, and new environments. I’m comfortable with all breeds and sizes, including rescues, seniors, shy dogs, and dogs who need patience, structure, and consistency.
