I worked for 3 years as a Kennel Assistant at Radnor Veterinary Hospital while in high school and used to treat sick animals that were boarding in the hospital over the weekends. I was responsible for giving all medical treatments while the veterinarians were away on weekends: injecting insulin, managing IV's, treating open wounds, managing medications, etc. for the sick animals boarding at the hospital. After that, at Main Line Animal Rescue I specialized in socializing abused animals (dogs & cats mostly). I have many years of experience caring for for dogs, fish, cats, birds, lizards, and exotic animals / wildlife. Whether you need someone to take your pup on a walk during the day or need a pet sitter to stay at your place with your babies overnight while you are on vacation, I'm your go-to pet sitter! I've been dog sitting for 20 years now. I also worked at PetSmart for a summer as a dog washer and nail clipper. I'd love to meet your pets and you! Kate did an excellent job housesitting our large, older dog Buddy over the Memorial Day weekend. She left the house even cleaner than we expected. She sent updates regularly, including a couple of pictures. We would hire her again.
Catherine, who goes by “Kate”, is the biggest animal person and such a natural with animals. She took such amazing care of our three pets and made our vacation so easy and the transition back home so seamless. She cared for our dog, two cats, and lizard for two weeks while we went Asia on vacation. She sent photos of a few adventures that she went on with our dog. We felt happy knowing that Kate was giving all of our pets love and comfort while we were away from home! We will definitely be using her for pet care again!
Catherine grew up with dogs and has a great love for any dog, big or small. She takes great care of the dogs when she dog sits, walking them and cuddling with them. Consider yourself a lucky pet owner when you hire Catherine, you will have a very happy dog.

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible because I work remotely and choose my own hours in a part-time capacity. This allows me to spend ample quality time with whatever pets I’m currently caring for! :)
