I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember and grew up with both dogs and cats. My childhood dog lived to the amazing age of 19 and was a huge part of our family, which taught me the importance of patience, care and understanding animals’ individual needs. Although we don’t currently have pets of our own, I regularly care for dogs and cats for friends and family and love having animals around. I’ve also done obedience training and even dog dancing with one of my previous dogs, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines and energy levels. I live with my partner, Tom, in a quiet, welcoming home with a secure garden and plenty of space for pets to feel relaxed and at home. As I work from home, I have a flexible schedule and can provide lots of attention, companionship, walks, playtime and cuddles throughout the day. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust, and I will always care for them as if they were my own.

This wonderful lady has been dogs sitting for many years for my family dog Elsie! She provides the highest quality of care to my beautiful furry friend and has created such a beautiful relationship with her. Extremely reliable and always happy to help with anything! Cath has looked after our spaniel, Ollie, on numerous occasions while we have been away. Cath is always reliable and extremely attentive to Ollie’s needs, taking him on long walks and adventures, which he absolutely loves. We always have a very happy dog when we come home! We would not hesitate to recommend Cath to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Cath looked after our dog and 3 cats while we were on holiday for two weeks, and we couldn’t be more grateful! She sent regular updates on WhatsApp with photos and videos of all the pets, and even helped fixing a leaky boiler! She truly went above and beyond and our dog is now obsessed with her!
Cath and Tom regularly look after our dogs, Nora and Bonnie, both in their home and in ours. We trust them completely and never have to worry when the girls are with them. Nora and Bonnie absolutely adore them and get so excited whenever they see them. They treat our dogs like family and genuinely care about their happiness and wellbeing. At this point, they’re basically Nora and Bonnie’s second parents! It’s such a comfort knowing they’re being loved, exercised and looked after so well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cath and Tom to anyone looking for caring, reliable dog sitters.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they have a safe, calm and comfortable environment where they feel part of the family. We have a secure garden for supervised outdoor time, and dogs will receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime and walks throughout the day. I always follow owners’ routines and preferences to help pets feel settled and at home.
A typical day
I love tailoring activities to each pet’s personality and energy level. For dogs, that might mean walks, games of fetch, playtime in the garden, enrichment activities, practising basic commands, or simply lots of cuddles and company. I’ve done obedience training, dog dancing and even swimming with my own dogs over the years, so I genuinely enjoy getting involved and keeping dogs mentally and physically stimulated. For cats, I’m happy to spend time playing with their favourite toys, giving them attention and affection, or simply keeping them company if they prefer a quieter approach. My aim is always to make pets feel happy, comfortable and loved while they’re in my care.
