I currently work from home, studying and self employed and always have afternoons to walk the dogs for at least an hour. Winter walks are usually afternoon walks, or headtorch walks! Summer walks are usually extended to full on hikes to make the most of the sunny evenings.

Your dogs will be left happy, cuddled and exercised, and the house will always be left clean and tidy. If I’m looking after the cats, then they will also be super happy and cuddled!
Information Cath J. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if there are any special requests beforehand, happy to accommodate! I usually pop by before overnight dog sitting just to put everyone’s mind at ease (including the pets!) Thanks for enquiring for pet care! Speak very soon.
A typical day
The day begins at 7am with breakfast and a 1 hour walk. If the dogs are then tired, they can have a sleep until early afternoon when they get another lon walk in lots of different places, depending on weather, tides, etc! I walk with lots of friends so we change the scenery up to see as much of Sussex as possible! I train our dogs daily, especially our youngest, and have worked with different trainers for years so am very experienced in lots of different dog training, including scent work, recall (although my cocker/jack still hasn’t got that one down!), obedience training. I’m also very experienced with dog body language and our dogs get plenty of breaks for each other (including getting ‘only dog days’ every now and then!).

Pet care experience
I have always had dogs throughout my life. I have three lovely dogs at the moment who have a lot of doggy friends that come and stay during the day and overnight, and lots of friends who come on walks with them.

Reviews
Once again, we have been delighted with Cath’s care of Max, Bruno and Luna. She sent us regular updates with photos and raised any health concerns with us. We came home to three very happy, settled dogs and a wonderfully clean and tidy house. Thank you so much, Cath.

Cath was incredible, she offered to meet Winston before her sit to help put him at ease and they hit it off right away. She is helpful and very knowledgeable and professional. Winston was treated like her own dogs and she sent us photos and updates while we were away. I highly recommend Cath and have already done so to friends and family. We have already booked her up for upcoming sits.
Cath is just the best! All three of my dogs have very different personalities and needs but Cath immediately recognised this and catered for each of them with great empathy and genuine affection. She communicated well with us while we were away and we knew our dogs were happy and relaxed. I would recommend Cath to anyone seeking a dog /house sitter.

Thank you Cath for looking after Mimi. As always, you did a great job keeping a watch over her and giving her the obligatory cuddles! ♥️
