I am new to the area and will be working full time at best friends animal sanctuary, but I have daily availability early in the morning, after 5:30 pm, and anytime on Mondays and Tuesdays.

It is helpful to know how well a dog walks on a leash, as well as any specific instructions on how to keep your pet feeling safe and comfortable in my care. Likes, dislikes, and any triggers or reactivity are important for me to be aware of as well.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks around the neighborhood, allowing them to explore and take in all the sniffs they possibly can! I am willing take dogs to a nearby park or trail if that would be best to tire them out, or if there isn’t much shade in your neighborhood to keep out of the summer heat. I’m not a big runner, but I can do some jogging as needed with dogs who need the extra exercise to get their energy out. I also make sure your pets get tons of cuddles and attention. I work with lots of cats and I’m more than happy to brush them, play with them, snuggle them, or do whatever your kitty likes best to keep them happy and comfortable!

The responsibility of caring for your pets is a task I would love to take on! I have had dogs and cats my whole life as well as some reptiles, hamsters, rabbits, and fish. I currently have 1 dog, 4 cats, and a bearded dragon. I am very responsible, reliable, hard working, and loving. I would be more than happy to take your dog on walks, hikes, trips to the park, and give them all the cuddles they need! I am great with cats of all temperaments and dogs of all sizes. I have a 90lb yellow lab who likes to pull when he is excited, so I am very accustomed to having a firm grip on the leash while walking. I can assure that you will not be disappointed (and neither will your pets) if you choose me to take care of your babies while you're away. I make sure to fully understand my clients instructions before beginning my care with your animals, so I can be prepared to give your pet the best care I possibly can. I do my best to keep your pets as happy, healthy, and comfortable as I can.

Even our shy girl comes out when Catey visits. Our cats love her and she does an amazing job sitting for us!
Catey was amazing with our cats. Even one of our shy ladies came out for treats while Catey stopped by for a visit & feeding. She’s a cat whisperer! Love that we got a full run down of the visit + lots of pictures while we were away.
Catey is just fabulous! She takes wonderful care of our big goofy dog and gives us regular updates with lots of great action shots. We always feel so comfortable with Catey taking care of our our dog and our home. She's the best!
