Hello to all cats lovers! I'm Caterina and I work from home as a translator, I can manage my working hours quite freely and this gives me enough time and flexibility to look after your kitties! I have experience in looking after both kittens and adult cats. I also know what it feels like to want to make sure your cats have the best care and pampering possible!

I always send daily (or twice daily) updates with pictures while I’m cat sitting so that you’re up to date! I am DBS checked and can show basic DBS certificate on request. I’m able to come by before you go away to meet you and your cat(s) and to be shown where everything is and how you want me to take care of your cat.

We had a seriously concerning experience with Caterina and strongly advise others to think carefully before booking. During our stay, she left our main door unlocked for approximately six hours on the very first day, failed to follow clearly agreed feeding instructions, and brought an unknown individual (likely boyfriend) into our home without any permission, who stayed for two nights. We entrusted her with both our home and our cat for nine nights. The unlocked door alone represents a major security failure. External CCTV also shows she was not present at the agreed feeding time, despite clear instructions. In addition, her behaviour on arrival raised concerns about her condition while responsible for our home and pet. Most seriously, allowing an unauthorised person to stay in a client’s home is a fundamental breach of trust and completely unacceptable in any professional pet-sitting arrangement. We terminated the booking immediately; however, she remained in the property for several hours after being asked to leave. While our cat was ultimately unharmed, the experience caused significant stress while we were away. We had to ask a neighbour to help, as we were concerned booking another sitter whilst away. Although we received a full refund, this does not address the seriousness of what occurred. The platform confirmed it had “taken action” but has not provided any transparency on what that actually means. As customers, we provided detailed evidence yet received no clarity in return. The customer service rep was understanding and professional. This experience reflects a clear breakdown in trust, accountability, and safeguarding. A refund alone is not an adequate remedy for a situation involving home security risks and unauthorised access, despite asking for multiple measures to be taken. We cannot recommend Caterina. Exercise caution before booking. I wish Caterina well and to learn from this experience. Regards, George
Catarina was amazing with Guinness. Was always happy to see and play with him and even was able to get in loads of cuddles 🥰 Made me feel relaxed about being on holiday knowing he was in very good hands.
This is my second time with Caterina looking after my cat Marmalade. Caterina takes great care of him, he adores her, regular updates are sent and I returned home to a happy, healthy cat. It is real peace of mind to know Caterina is looking after him while im away. I higly recommend Caterina

Caterina was lovely - a nice person from the moment we met her. She took great care of our furry boy and of the house, while we were away. We received updated daily and she also kindly helped with small asks (i.e.:bringing parcels in). Great experience overall!

Schedule
*Please note. For drop-in visits I cannot guarantuee an exact time or schedule, as I have my main job and other visits/stays to attend to, so some flexibility is required. I usually can do visits in a time slot from 10 am to midday in the morning, and from 5.30 pm to 9 pm in the evening, so if your kitty has a very rigid schedule or it needs care before 10 am in the morning, I may not be suitable." I have 2 cats of my own back home so have experience in looking after both kittens and adult cats. I also know what it feels like to want to make sure your cats have the best care and pampering possible! I live in Harold wood quite close to the Elizabeth line station, so I can travel by tube easily anywhere for overnight stays.
