I've spent my whole life around animals, especially dogs, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Over the years, I've looked after dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities—each one with their own quirks and needs. Whether it's going for long walks, sticking to a routine, or just offering company and cuddles, I treat every dog like they're part of my family. My goal is always to make sure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their people are away.

I have a large yard and 1 friendly dog to keep your pet company when boarding in my home. I love to utilize the beautiful trails on Nantucket to take long walks in the afternoon and snuggle up on the couch in the evening with your fur baby.

Cate was a great companion for my social Maine Coon who does not like to be left alone. He was calm and relaxed when we got home which means he was very happy with Cate as a roommate. She was very flexible and easy to communicate with about details and gave me a nice update when I returned. Many thanks for this priceless service! Highly recommended :)
Cate was an excellent pet sitter for my cat while I was away! She was very responsive, sent photos and updates after each visit, and seems to have bonded well with my cat. She was also kind enough to extend her visits for an additional day when I got stuck off-island due to a storm.

Cate was wonderful . Our 17 year old Cocker Spaniel can be very needy due to his age . She was very attentive .

Schedule
As a teacher I have a flexible holiday and weekend schedule. I am available after 4pm on weekdays for walks and anytime on weekends and holidays for overnight pet care.
