Experienced Animal Lover

I am a definite animal lover and conveniently located in Bend’s West side. I have been a dog walker and home sitter regularly for the last 10 years, the last 5 spent in Bend. My history as an animal lover goes back to my toddler days when I wanted to be a Veternarian. I have been around pets my whole life and been responsible for my own pets (a dog, cats, rabbits, rat, fish, chickens ) from the age of ten. Currently I own one indoor cat (who mainly lives upstairs) and am a full time mom. Now that my daughter has started school I have several hours free on weekdays for dog walks/runs, or pet drop-in visits. Weekends usually available but sometimes my daughter will be with me, so dogs must be kid friendly. As you can see from the profile photos my kiddo is VERY pet friendly and ALWAYS supervised. That said, some pets do not enjoy kid energy so keep that in mind when booking. Overall I am active, responsible, friendly, passionate, love the outdoors; but also love to cuddle up and relax with my furry friends. Willing to do gentle slower walks for older dogs/smaller breeds or running/hiking/dog parks for the more active breeds/ages: I consider myself flexible to meet the particular animal's needs. Love cats and dogs (don't let my nickname fool you) and have experience with reptiles/amphibians too. (frogs, lizards, rats, hamsters, fish) Special skills: Have groomed my own dogs in the past (nails and fur) and am comfortable giving medications. I pay great attention to detail and used to clean houses professionally. I taught high school for over a decade so have a lot of patience and resiliency. Reading directions (and following them!) is one of my specialities and I will always keep you informed. You can trust me to take the very best care of your pet.

Drop-In Visits • Nov 19, 2025

Cat was a wonderful drop-in sitter for our Maltese, Skipper! She came on time and spent quality time sharing photos so we could check-in with our fur baby. Cat was professional, personable and prompt. We appreciate her warmth and positivity!

Buck loves Cat! We always get lots of pics on their walks, and Buck loves Cat’s daughter, too.

Definitely book with Cat if she's available. I had never boarded my little malty old lady with anyone we didn't know before this and I was pretty nervous about it. Cat is great, and so is her kid. From the easy first meeting to the accommodating pick-up time Cat made it very simple. She made sure Josie got to scope out the space, the people, and even the cat (The cat is calm and sweet) so Josie was immediately at ease in her little fenced yard and very clean animal-friendly space. I felt immediately great about having her and her kid watch Josie for a few days, they are just what Josie needed while separated from me and she came back happy and loved and well-cared for. I highly suggest booking with Cat if you want to have a worry-free trip of any kind or even just a daytime stay.

Great to know the schedule/routine, any favorite toys or activities, training history, local fav spots to go, etc. Also would like to know your pet furniture rules (I will follow your guidelines), how the pet is around other pets (I.e. dogs or cats), and if the dog is off-leash/ voice command trained. Also if treats are ok or if they have their own treats (any allergies!?)
These prices are for 1 dog.
