***READ FIRST*** I'm no longer accepting dogs who have "unsure" marked with cats. MUST have had good interaction with cats prior. Hello! I'm a certified veterinary technician and have been in the field since 2014. I recently decided to take a step back from vet med and be a stay at home mom. If you're 20 minutes within the Hastings area, I'm happy to pick up or drop off if needed. I'm very comfortable taking care of pets with all sorts of needs or quirks. Cassondra has been doing an amazing job with my 10-week old Corgi! Getting a new job and a new puppy at the same time was not on my bingo card and I found myself unsure how to manage all this. Enter Cassondra who has been a lifesaver. She visits twice a day to let Juniper outside and plays with her. She’s helped to clean up a couple accidents… because, that’s what happens with puppies. I don’t know what I would do without her. I appreciate her communication and pictures she sends too!

Cassondra was amazing from start to finish !! It was our first time using Rover and it went great. We did a meet and greet for a 1/2 day before the stay. This helped us feel it was going to be a good fit for Gertie and her and her family. We were on a cruise and we loved getting pictures and updates on how Gertie was doing. Gertie had a great time and loved her time there. We will for sure book her again in the future. Thanks so much !! Highly recommend !!

Schedule
I'm currently a stay at home mom. Besides appointments here & there and the occasional relief shift at my vet clinic, I am at home.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large 6 foot fenced in yard. I have an above ground pool which they are welcome to use in the warm months. It does have a gate if they're not allowed in the pool. Our 2 story house has a fairly open plan. Well behaved pets are welcome to roam if we're not home or sleeping, but recommend bringing a kennel if you feel it's needed. I only pet sit for 1 household at a time. I can administer medications and various treatments. I can do basic bathing, keeping in mind that I am NOT a groomer. These I'm happy to do at no additional charge.

A typical day
Weather permitting we have a lot of walking paths in the area. If your pet is more of a couch potato, that's ok, too! We have plenty of spots to lounge.
