Hey there, thank you for checking out my profile! Background: My soul puppy, Buckeye, found me on my 9th birthday, he was a Lhasa Apso. A few short years later, a Schnauzer Mix named Mindy made her memorable debut. I always knew I loved animals, but caring for these two “kids” catapulted my love entirely. Work Experience: I have previous experience with an established kennel/boarding facility. This includes small to extra large dogs, boarding cats, learning the ins and outs of sanitation/disinfection, administering food with special diets, hand wash feeding/water bowls, laundry for soiled blankets or bedding, fresh water daily, monitoring, walking dogs on leashes that pull or jump. Special Needs: Working experience with blind or deaf dogs or cats. I am also confident administering insulin for diabetic/ medication dependent pets. Senior Care- my Buckeye recently passed away the Winter of 2023 and my sweetheart, Mindy, Spring of 2026. I have recent experience, unfortunately. I understand this is the time for needed patience with extra time, soft loving care, and absolutely -accidents are bound to happen. I will ensure the best quality of life I can give them while you are away with so much love, attention, and a considerable amount of potty breaks! I am here to support you and help is always near with no judgement.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pets safety and health is my TOP priority. I am taking care of a part of your family in which I take seriously. I will always have your pet on a leash when walking outside. When indoors, I usually scan areas where dog and/or cat have been staying to ensure tidiness/ no messes have been made. Accidents are bound to happen, but we hope this is minimal. If so, proper sanitation/disinfection protocols are required. I will ask about products that can/cannot be used in your home. I will always ensure food (when applicable) and fresh water daily. We will also spend some time outdoors-weather permitting- for some fun in the sun and to get out of the house for a while. We will always go over this before a visit or stay. Doggy Daycare Clients: I currently have a small, secured fenced in area right outside my garage.

Schedule
I currently work professionally in an office Monday- Thursday. I am opening my schedule for undivided attention only on Friday to Sunday with possible Thursday or Monday openings, depending on which day holidays land.
