Availability
Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine because I usually work three 12-hour shifts as a nurse, which gives me several full days off during the week to dedicate to pet care. On my days off, I’m home full time, active, and happy to structure my day around walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and quality time with pets. My schedule is consistent, and I’m intentional about not overbooking so I can give each pet my full attention. I only take 1 pet at a time or a traveling group.

Safety, trust & environment
Pets in my care are treated like family and always supervised and prioritized. I have a fully fenced backyard, which allows for safe outdoor play and potty breaks. My home is a 1,700 square foot house where pets will have plenty of space to relax and move around comfortably. I also have a pool with a secure cover, and I am very mindful about safety and always ensure pets are never in unsafe areas of the home or yard. I live alone, so your pet won’t be overwhelmed by a busy household or multiple people. Just a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment. I keep my home very tidy and pet-safe, and I’m attentive to each animal’s needs, routine, and comfort level

Information Cassie U. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for any pet, I like to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, medical needs, and any behavioral quirks that help me make them feel comfortable and safe. It’s also helpful to know how they do with new people, other animals, and being left alone. I always want to understand what makes each pet feel secure, whether that’s certain commands, favorite toys, walking habits, or any triggers like leash reactivity, anxiety, or escape tendencies. If a pet has any medications, allergies, or special care instructions, I make sure I follow those carefully and ask questions ahead of time so I can provide consistent care. My goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible so they feel safe, relaxed, and at home while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day with me depends on your pet’s energy level and personality, but I always make sure they get a balance of exercise, stimulation, and rest. For active dogs, I love going on walks, playing fetch in the yard, and spending time outdoors. For more relaxed pets, I focus on companionship and making sure they feel calm and secure. I also stick closely to their normal feeding and medication routines. Throughout the day, I provide consistent attention, potty breaks, enrichment, and plenty of affection. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and as happy as they would be with you.

Pet care experience
Hi there! I’m a nurse and lifelong animal lover who naturally gravitates toward caring for others (including pets). I’m calm, attentive, and active. So whether your dog needs long walks, playtime, or just some company while you’re away, I’ve got them covered. I know how stressful it can be leaving your pet, so I do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable.
Reviews
I’ve known Cassie for many years and she’s always been a huge animal lover. She has dog sat for me in the past multiple times and was also so caring. She has dogs of her own and I think she would be an amazing caregiver.
