I’ve had pets for as long as I’ve been alive - dogs, cats, parrots, horses, and even the occasional rescue squirrel after a hurricane. I have worked with puppies, handling basic potty training and obedience like sit and down, plus a couple of tricks. I have 3 dogs of my own - a retired military malinois, a GSP puppy, and a senior Saint Bernard, so I’m prepared for it all! I’ve gone through heartworm treatment with a dog so I’m familiar with the process, can administer medication, and can work with high energy breeds. My dogs enjoy lots of enrichment from kongs to games, walks, and more as well as training and snuggle time. I understand and utilize crate training from an early age and have no problems implementing those things into your routine - whatever you need!

Schedule
I am a private online music lesson teacher and many of my students are late afternoon during the week, so I have lots of time available to play with and care for your pets!

Drop-in visits are so fun because I have the opportunity to spend a while loving on, working with, and playing with your pet! I’m happy to work on crate training, basic obedience, and enrichment while I’m there, and I can even bring over my friendly and obedient GSP for a little socialization if you like (never without permission or request though!).

A typical day
I love providing enrichment through exercise, smell walks, games, and enrichment activities like kongs, lick mats, treat dispensers, and training. Even if your dog is well trained, teaching them new things (like “relax” or “clean up”) can help get their brains working and keep them happy and healthy!
