Pet care experience
Calm, Family Home Care
I keep my boarding numbers intentionally small and focus on quality over volume. I’m very attentive to canine body language and group balance, and I actively manage interactions to keep the environment calm and safe. I’m especially comfortable with companion dogs, dogs who need a steady routine, and those who benefit from structure.

My dog is well taken care of and I don't have to worry

Cassie was great! She was very communicative and took great care of my golden. My dog is on a time sensitive medication and she had no problem taking care of him.

When I wanted to leave my girl for a long period of time I knew Cassie was the perfect person. I don’t need check ins all day because she wouldn’t be there if I didn’t trust her care which I know will always be great. But omg the bonus was that we got printed out pictures and a card during pickup. Wish I could leave more stars!!

Omg 5 stars aren’t enough! I FINALLY found someone, better yet a family that I can trust with my baby. I was able to enjoy a day out with ease and she didn’t make me feel like a bother when I changed times at the last minute. My ROTTI came back exhausteddddd. She took a 4 hour nap like I’ve never seen her take and it was well needed. I will definitely be back ☺️

Cassie L. cancelled a booking after the stay began.
One thing different about Cassie, I only received ONE update a day at night, very different from all my previous sitters. No quick reply or quick chat randomly during the day. Even when I asked a quick question, I will receive the answer at night. Some people love this as for me I do seeing pictures ( I do mentioned it ) I do love lots of photos and video what is my baby doing throughout the day and it’s very hard with Cassie since she doesn’t really have her phone during the day. I do felt it almost like I m troubling her with asking to watch Heihei. ( unwelcome feels)

Calendar and availability
Schedule
I’m home most of the day with guest dogs and build my schedule around their care. Occasionally I step out for school pickups, errands, or appointments, but dogs are never left for long stretches. I do ask that families respect scheduled drop-off and pick-up times, as I plan my day around those windows. Clear communication and sticking to agreed times allows me to continue offering flexible, home-based care.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Safety is always my top priority. I keep boarding numbers small so I can stay attentive and hands-on throughout the day. Dogs are supervised during both indoor and outdoor time, and our backyard is fully fenced. I use baby gates and designated spaces to manage transitions like mealtimes, drying off, or when dogs need a reset. If a dog prefers or requires a crate, I’m comfortable using one, but I don’t rely on crating unless needed or preferred. I pay close attention to body language and energy shifts and will separate dogs if anyone seems overstimulated or needs a break. My goal is a calm, structured environment where dogs feel secure and interactions stay balanced.
Pets
A typical day
A typical day here has a relaxed, steady rhythm. Dogs have frequent access to our fenced backyard for fresh air, play, and sniffing. Inside, they’re included in our normal family routine and have space to settle comfortably between activities. Depending on each dog’s personality, that might look like supervised playtime, lounging nearby while we move through the day, or simply enjoying a calm environment with consistent interaction and attention. I focus on balance — making sure dogs get movement and engagement, but also plenty of downtime to relax.
