Safety, trust & environment

I provide structured, attentive care in a calm farm setting designed to help dogs feel safe and comfortable. Dogs enjoy outdoor play, leash walks, enrichment activities, meals, and rest breaks tailored to their individual needs and energy levels. I provide regular up-dates with photos and videos, and you can check in any time to see how your pup is doing. Dogs have access to a clean, climate-controlled indoors, which is especially helpful for dogs who need their own space or do best with limited interaction. Since I also have two dogs of my own, I carefully manage introductions and can provide fully separate accommodations with no direct contact with other dogs if needed. There’s also a separate large fenced and partially shaded outdoor area where dogs can safely play, explore, and relax throughout the day.

Information Cassidy W. would like to know about your pet

It’s really helpful for me to know as much as possible about your pet ahead of time so I can give them the best care and help them settle in quickly. This includes their personality, energy level, daily routine, feeding schedule, any medications, and how they do with other dogs, new environments, or being away from home. I also like to know any triggers, fears, or behaviors that help me better understand what makes them feel comfortable. The more I know upfront, the more I can tailor their stay so it feels familiar, safe, and stress-free from the start.

A typical day

For overnight boarding, dogs settle into a relaxed, consistent rhythm based on their unique personality and needs. Mornings start early around 6am with a calm wake-up, potty break, and breakfast in their private suite, followed by time outside to get moving and enjoy fresh air. Throughout the day, dogs rotate between the large fenced play area and supervised leash walks around the property, along with enrichment and plenty of time to rest and reset. After dinner, they have one more round of outdoor time, indoor chill time, and a final potty break before settling into their suites around 10pm for the night. For doggy daycare, the day is built the same way around each dog’s energy and temperament—some enjoy group time in the fenced play area, others prefer individual attention or leash walks, and everything is adjusted to what they’re comfortable with. There’s a steady balance of exercise, enrichment, outdoor time, and downtime so each dog stays engaged without getting overwhelmed.

Boutique Farm Retreat for Dogs

Pet care experience

Every dog is treated like family and cared for in a quiet, low-stress (300 acre) farm environment designed around their comfort and routine. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in small-scale, boutique boarding with a very limited number of dogs at a time, ensuring close attention, consistency, and a calm atmosphere. Dogs follow a steady, predictable routine that includes outdoor time in a large fenced play area with partial shade for running and play, daily leash walks around the property, enrichment activities, and rest tailored to each dog’s individual needs and energy level. Dogs are thoughtfully matched by temperament to support a safe, comfortable environment. I have two well-socialized dogs of my own who enjoy other dogs, but interaction is always based on each visiting dog’s comfort level. If a dog prefers space or does best without other dogs, they can have a calm, low-traffic stay with minimal or no interaction. For dogs who enjoy socializing, my dogs provide friendly companionship in a supervised, relaxed setting. For dogs who do best on their own, I also offer the option of exclusive care—meaning no other client dogs will be booked during their stay. This allows for a fully personalized experience with my full attention. Dogs stay in a clean, climate-controlled indoor suite with indoor rest areas and direct access to a private fenced outdoor space. The focus is on individualized, attentive care where each dog can relax, feel secure, and settle in quickly.

My dogs absolutely love Cassidy, her dogs, and her farm. I am so grateful to have found Cassidy, she provides great updates and my dog is always super happy when I pick him up. The farm is beautiful and Rocco starts getting excited every time I start driving up her way. Rocco's new bff's are Cassidy's dogs Owsley and Penelope, and the pictures of all three of them snuggling warms my heart so much. Since I live in an apartment and Rocco is a high energy puppy, I appreciate having a reliable sitter on an amazing property where he can get his energy out and explore all the smells in nature. Even though I miss Rocco when I travel, I never worry about him being in great hands. She really does treat my dog like her family, and I'm so grateful for that.

Cassidy took such wonderful care of my two Labradoodles, Maggie and Marley (sisters!), and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and so loving with them. I knew they were in the best hands when I picked them up and they didn’t immediately rush over to me—they were so content and comfortable with her, which says everything. That kind of trust and calmness doesn’t happen unless someone is truly caring and present. I am so grateful for the love and care she gave my girls, and I would absolutely trust her again. Highly recommend Cassidy to anyone looking for someone dependable and genuinely wonderful with their pets!

I'm pretty particular about who I trust with my dogs - one's older and needs a slower, gentler pace, and the other's a full on puppy with endless energy, so the set-up really matters. Cassidy checks every box. She adapted to the weather in a way I really appreciated with treadmill walks when it is too hot, cold, or rainy, and nature walks around her farm when the weather is nice. The thoughtfulness makes a difference. She also has a dedicated space where my dogs could eat and sleep together comfortably, which helped them settle in right away. My older dog can be a little shy, but he ended up coming out of his shell and even bonded with her dogs - they're basically best friends and get excited every time we pull up. The farm itself is a dream for dogs: my older guy loved relaxing on the fenced porch, and the puppy had a blast running in the fenced play area. The shade tent outside in fenced play area and fans on porch were additional details I noticed - it keeps things safe and comfortable on those hot summer days. At this point, Cassidy is my go-to sitter. Her place has truly become my dogs' home away from home.
