As the owner and sole proprietor of Cassidy's Priority Pet Care, I've had the pleasure of caring for animals of almost every kind. Growing up, I cherished my chocolate lab greyhound mix. Now, as a responsible pet owner, I have a rescue cat named Nemo and various small animals. Previously, I ran my own rattery, but unfortunately, due to the challenges posed by COVID, we had to cease operations. My cat enjoys a healthy diet of Purina One True Instinct dry cat food, occasional Whiskas treats, and other wet foods. The rats thrived in multiple-story Kaytee cages with a free roam space, nourishment, and dig boxes, and were fed a homemade mixture with a base of adult Oxbow rat food. Our two bunnies have a spacious outdoor hutch and indoor cages with premium-grade rabbit food, hay, and fresh salads, fruits, and vegetables for a well-rounded diet.

As someone who loves animals I constantly strive to make sure that they're in a comfortable environment and mindset and always take in account the personality of the animals I'm working with to better handle each individual. When it comes to feeding time and or medication time I try my best to stay on a very strict schedule whether with my own animals or someone else's I make sure to put constant reminders on my phone to make sure that I keep to their regiment in order to keep them happy and healthy.

Cassidy did a great job - she was very prompt, professional, and - most importantly - Koya LOVED hanging out with her!
Cassidy was very prompt with arriving. She was up front and honest with communication, which cannot go undervalued. She accommodated me when my flight and consequently return time was delayed. Overall, my pets were content and cared for. We did have a concern of fleas crossing over from a previous client of hers. There were unanticipated changes to the original plan we had established, which contributed to my anxiety and loss of trust. This included a change in the alternate caregiver while Cassidy was at her other job, not having access to a vehicle, and the responsibility of caring for her nephew. While I acknowledge these events were as much out of Cassidys control as they were mine, I was not satisfied with the outcome. Specifically, the need for me to clean up after her nephew upon my return, and her use of my vehicle outside of the terms of emergency only. Cassidy and I have discussed the unprofessionalism of these events.
Cassidy was great with our 2 dogs. Melvin can be reactive and high maintenance and she handled him very well. He was comfortable around her quickly. I would definitely hire Cassidy again.
Cassidy did a great job of taking care of our dog. She gave him a lot of exercise and attention and sent many updates to let us know how he was doing. We can’t wait to work with Cassidy again!
Cassidy has watched our two large dogs and cat in our home twice now and they love her! We were gone for 6 nights and Cassidy updated us everyday with pictures and videos. Will definitely book her again!
Cassidy has been amazing with my girls. I will definitely be using her again! She communicates well and left the place very clean. My pups were very happy to have her.

I've always loved animals, I constantly joke I that I'd prefer animals company over peo(ple's any day of the week altho that statement might be truer a little everyday as someone who works in customer service. honestly though I've always found working with animals more then a passion but kinda a therapy for me and love to fill my free time with working with animals of all verity.

- I believe meet and greets are very important to get a rundown of each animal in your home being temperament their do's and don'ts such as where to and we're not to pet them what feeding regiment they are on as well as any information and or health issues they may have before a booking so I have a better understanding of how I need to care for your animals as well as what I should look out for healthwise if I have a better understanding of what is normal for your dog I will know when something is not right and be able to handle it accordingly
