Dependable, caring, responsive, enthusiastic! Everything my dogs and we want in a pet sitter!

Cassidy watched our pets for 2 nights while we were out of town for our wedding. She made sure our cat got her medications, which was our biggest concern with leaving for a few nights. Both our cat and dog seemed content when we returned and Cassidy left a nice card congratulating us on our wedding which was sweet! Our only concerns were a lack of timeliness, especially on the first night. We had entered a start time of 4, which we said we were lenient about because our dog can usually be okay while we are both at work for the day, but Cassidy did not show up until after 9:30, which was not communicated to us until her arrival because our cat was accidentally locked in a bedroom (that ones on us) and needed to be let out. The second night she showed up after 8pm as well. In the future we would just hope for better communication about not being able to make it at the time stated in the booking.

We met with Cass before having her care for our pup. The meet and greet went well and the day of care was amazing! We're so very happy with the exceptional care Cass provided for us. Our pup is used to me being with him most of the time, so it's an adjustment if I'm not here but Cass made the transition easier for both of us. She provides photos and communicates during our time away from each other. Very kind, considerate of our wants and needs and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

We've used rover a few times and this sitter as well and this was our first negative experience. We paid for half hour drop ins and had planned on our dog having that time of interaction. Of the four scheduled visits, two were cut short, one lasting 17 minutes and one 20. We have a ring doorbell that timestamps with videos comings and goings. The rover cards were also dishonest with documenting false times. When I reached out to the sitter to try to give her a chance to explain why she shortened the visits she would not respond. Super disappointing and unfortunately untrustworthy.
