***Looking for Monday & Wednesday morning walk or play buddies (8:30am-11:30am) this Winter*** My name is Cassidy, and I am an active, gentle-natured 31yo woman with a special connection to animals. Pets have always been my best friends, and they bring me the most joy and comfort in life. I grew up in southern California, living with my grandparents who bred pugs when I was very young. I was raised taking care of my own dogs, cats, turtles, lizards, fish, and birds, as well as becoming the neighborhood pet-sitter at age 5. My first job was in high school at a pet hospital/ boarding/daycare center, providing daily care for 30+ dogs and cats at a time and running doggy-day care. I have extensive experience feeding, administering medication, walking, and cuddling many animals with varying needs, both for personal enjoyment and in a professional setting. At the time I moved out of my childhood home, my family had 5 dogs, 4 cats, a tortoise, and a pond of koi fish. When I left, I brought with me my first cat and twin flame, Willow, who was a little tailless Manx that moved across the country with me twice. Since her passing, I've adopted 4 sweet kitties, named Baby, Guts, Menshi, and Randy. They are the most important part of my life, and I put everything I have into providing the best life for them in return. Surrounding myself with animals and tending to their needs has always been the most therapeutic and rewarding experience for me. I am always excited to make new animal friends, discover their personalities, make special connections with them, and be there for them when they need it most.

Cassidy is absolutely amazing!!! I have a highly attached and anxious cat who usually gets ill every time I leave for long periods of time. I went to Europe for three weeks, a time frame I never imagined possible but thanks to Cassidy my cat didn’t even realize I was gone 🤣 She always had so many treats ready for my little Penny to snack on. Took her on lots of walks for adventure time, and never failed to pill her in the evening. Truly a gem!
We are so happy that Saha came out and played with you, he’s normally very shy. We loved reading the report cards and great photos of the cats after each visit! Thank you so much for looking after Gauss and Saha!

Schedule
I am a language teacher working remotely (varying hours daily between 3:30pm-7pm). Pet care appointments outside of those hours are the easiest to schedule, but it just depends on the day. Just let me know what time frame is best for you or your pets, and we can make it work! Having worked as a pet stylist for Aussie Pet Mobile, I offer grooming services for both dogs and cats! I had to stop full-time grooming because of the physical toll it takes, but I love grooming and still groom many of my existing clients' pets. I can provide services including a bath, sanitary trim, haircut, paw pad trim, nail trim, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning. Let me know if you'd like to add a grooming service to your booking!

I currently live in an apartment without a fenced-in yard. My fiance and I are both experienced pet owners, and we have four friendly and gentle cats. Baby is an older lady cat who sleeps all day and patrols the house at night. She grew up around all kinds of animals and basically ignores newcomers until they approach her. Guts, Menshi, and Randy are young boys who wrestle and chase each other on and off all day. The boys are still working on being comfortable around dogs, but they are all gentle souls who have never bitten or scratched anyone. We are all animal lovers, so yours are more than welcome in my home. They will be attended to and surrounded with affection if and when they want it, and I have the ability to section off areas in my apartment to provide alone time if needed. In your home, I will carefully follow all of your pet and home-related instructions, no matter how specific. You can count on me to ask questions and be extremely communicative about care, behavior, personality, and routine. Your pets will always be treated like my own! As someone who gets very stressed and nervous about letting strangers into my home, you can also count on me to respect your space and communicate the state of everything, even things not pertaining to your pet.

A typical day
I love walking and hiking and am willing to take your dogs anywhere you request! I live in a gated apartment complex that is perfect for quick walks or slower-paced walks for older pets. I am also more than willing to take longer walks in the neighborhoods behind my complex or elsewhere. I am most concerned with giving your pet the experience you think is best for them, so please make any and all requests!
