Pet care fits easily into my routine because, as a graduate assistant for the University of Jamestown softball team, I mostly work remotely on my laptop, with the exception of daily one-hour meetings and two-hour practices. This flexible schedule allows me to dedicate plenty of time to looking after pets, whether it’s taking them for walks, providing playtime, or simply spending quality time with them!

I enjoy keeping pets engaged with fun activities like interactive play. I also love practicing training commands or teaching fun tricks, which keeps their minds active. Walks and hikes are a great way for them to explore new sights and smells, while I also make time for cuddling and relaxation when they just need some calm attention. Puzzle toys and water play are also great options depending on the dog’s interests. I tailor activities to each pet, ensuring they stay happy and entertained!

Pet care experience
I’ve had two dogs my whole life and have dog-sat for many families. I do well at training puppies, teaching basics like “sit” and “stay,” as well as fun tricks like “shake.” I also care for my senior dog at home, so I’m experienced with older pets and those on special diets. While I can’t have my own dog right now because I’m in college, I truly enjoy being around dogs and giving them the love and care they deserve!

We were so nervous using Rover for the 1st time. Cassidy was so understanding of all of our questions. She did a great job with Gizmo & CeeDee (Guinea) and sent updates all the time. I felt so comfortable and safe and would 100% book Cassidy again. Thank you for making us feel more comfortable with having our fur babies being safe when we are out of town.
Cassidy watched my dog Molly for me and she was great! Was super attentive to her and followed my instructions perfectly, including the specific food notes for my picky dog! Highly recommend!
