Availability

Pet care fits naturally into my routine since I have most nights and weekends available. I’m even willing to bring your dog along with me when possible so they have plenty of company and attention. Daytime availability Monday–Friday between 8am–5pm is more limited, but I’m willing to discuss options for check-ins in the Howard/Suamico area.

My goal is to keep them active, happy, and on a routine that feels familiar and stress-free.

Information Cassidy M. would like to know about your pet

Before watching someone’s dog, it’s important for me to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any medications or health needs. I also like to understand their personality, energy level, triggers (like other dogs, people, or noises), and any behavioral quirks such as leash reactivity or separation anxiety. It’s helpful to know house rules as well—like where the dog is allowed to go, crate preferences, sleeping arrangements, and any commands they respond to. Emergency contact information, vet details, and preferred activities or restrictions (like dog parks or treats) are also important so I can keep them safe and comfortable.

A typical day

I like to keep pets active and engaged with walks, playtime in the yard, fetch, and simple enrichment games like hiding treats or practicing basic commands. If approved, I also enjoy taking dogs to the dog park so they can socialize and burn off energy. For more relaxed dogs, we might do slower walks or cuddle time, while higher-energy dogs may enjoy longer play sessions or more active games like tug-of-war.

Pet care experience

I have 10+ years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and treat every dog like my own. I have the most experience with hunting breeds and high-energy dogs, but I’ve also cared for small dogs. Since I miss having my own dogs around every day, caring for others’ pets truly fills that void and is something I genuinely love doing.
