About Jade

Jade is getting up there in her years. She is a loveable and very friendly dog. Due to an ear infection her hearing has suffered some. So you can't let her get too far away from you because she wont hear you when you call her back. Clapping seems to work if she's in close enough range Jade has recently been diagnosed with diabetes, so she requires a little additional care during meal time. Her rear legs tend to give out on her more than they used to so lots of running, sudden movements and stairs can give her difficulties. She just has to take her time and at her own pace. Since she is getting up there in her years she doesn't have the same sensations that she used to when it comes to potty breaks. She doesn't have accidents in the house as long as she gets to go outside mid day. If you wait for her to tell you she needs to go out it might be too late.

About Reese

Reese is a loveable and very friendly dog. She has had 2 ligament surgeries in her rear left leg that can on occasion cause some discomfort. Reese maneuvers stairs well but we try to keep her play time to light workouts. If she gets too active it is OK but we give her Rimadly to help with the pain afterwards.
