I will love your pet like my own!
I have owned pets, and was responsible for them my entire life. I started taking care of others animals at the age of 12. This has included a wide range of different animals from common household pets, farm animals, horses and even zebras! Dogs were common staple point that I took care of, this included walking hyper puppies, or active dog breeds. It also meant housesitting and being responsible for feedings as well as administering medication, such as insulin shots or oral medication’s. I was in 4-H my entire youth and was a youth leader as soon as I hit my teenage years. The well-being of your animals are top priority to me, and I have a fast array of knowledge that comes from experience. I can guarantee you that if you trust your pet with me, then you will have nothing but positive things to say!

A majority of the time that I will spend with your animal while at your home will induce a very calm environment. I spend most of my free time studying while taking active recovery breaks meaning that I’ll have plenty of attention to give your critters! I make sure to pay very close attention to the animals that I am watching. They’re my number one priority, and I make sure that any signs of discomfort or change in mood are noted immediately. I’m a very open and welcoming person and typically animals love me so I’m hoping your pet will too!

We're giving Cassandra a well deserved 5 star rating! She took care of our elderly dog and house for a week and was wonderful from start to finish. She administered medications on schedule and went above and beyond by handling extras like daily household tasks. Her communication was excellent, with consistent updates and photos throughout our time away. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a compassionate and trustworthy sitter!

Both dogs seem to be fine and in good health upon our return from a 7 day trip. House was clean and dogs were happy. Cassandra took good care of them.

Schedule
I’m currently a full time engineering student and work part time. While my mornings are taken up, I have free time most afternoons for check ins, walks, feedings etc. I am an early bird though so as long as you’re okay with 7 AM feedings then I am also available throughout weekdays and weekends to housesit!

- I need to know in advance if you have an aggressive dog. I do have a history of handling them and I don’t have any qualms, but just so that everyone around us can be kept in a safe environment. Also, any quirks that your dog has that I need to be aware of so that I don’t put him/her and uncomfortable position. If your dog is on multiple medications that are prescribed by a vet, that I will need to administer. I would like to be made aware and need them to be very clearly labeled so that I do not accidentally mix up the dosages.
