Availability
I currently work part-time at my other job so I am very flexible! I will be going to college in the fall, but for the summer I'm available during the weekends on Fridays through Mondays during mornings and afternoons. I'm away for house sitting at the moment, but the longest I could sit would be up to 8 hours. Please let me know your own preferences when it comes to drop in's and dog walking, I'd be happy to settle with you!

A typical day
When I come to a pet owners home I want to get to know the environment by talking to the owner about what works best for their pet. I'll start off the day by getting to know the pet personal. Normally for high matinees pet they need as much attention as possible, so I would try to be active with them. I know with dogs they need as much walking ability for the day, so I would start off with walking them outside. I could also play catch with them with toys such as a tennis ball, a frisbee, or a tug roll an outside area. I could also play any activities in a park if possible. I could also teach them how to sit or run using treats on command. With active cats I would play with them using strings toys and play catch with them. If the pet parent doesn't want do much running around, I could also provide cardboard toys or food solving toys. Of course, my day is only complied with what each animal is most comfortable with and what the pet parent would want me to do. If the pet is not as active I would be patience with them, monitor them, and still get them to be active even if it means taking a dog out for small walks. After activities, I would take as much breaks as needed and make sure their food and water is provided. If the pet needs a schedule food routine such as giving wet food once a day, I could do so.

Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of pets for over 10 years now. I have experience with non-neutered cats and elderly dogs with sicknesses. I’ve done all things such as playing, feeding, walking dogs, bathing, distributing medicine, and taking any animals to vet appointments. I’ve worked with kittens to adults cats and with adult to elderly dogs. I tried to prioritize as much time as I can to any animal I take care of.
