Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine, with the most availability during evenings and weekends. While weekday daytime visits are limited, I can often accommodate early morning visits with advance notice. I’m happy to work with pet parents to create a schedule that supports their needs and provides consistent, attentive care.

I follow the owner’s instructions closely and double-check that food, litter, medications, and doors are all handled with care and consistency. I’m mindful of locking up securely, respecting boundaries, and keeping a calm, clean presence in the home. I also monitor the pet behavior for any signs of stress or changes and communicate with the owner to keep them informed and reassured while they’re away.

A typical day
Pet dependent, once I understand if they are more driven by mental agility challenges or physical playtime, I can determine which style of approach to take and what kind of activity may suit their needs. From laser pointers to fetch (even some cats, mine included!) or treat puzzles, there's something for everyone.

Pet care experience
I’ve shared my life with animals for as long as I can remember, and have been independently caring for them for the past 7+ years — this includes looking after dogs, cats, and rabbits of my own and for others as well as experience fostering. As such, I've had the opportunity to meet and cater to a wide range of unique personalities and needs. I understand every pet has different preferences on approach and care and place the comfort and happiness of the animals and their owners as a top priority. I am also confident in being able to establish trust and administer special care or medication upon request so long as specific instructions are provided.

She took such amazing care of her giving her love, attention, and a safe space when I really needed the help. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my cat was in good hands, and I could tell how comfortable and happy she was while staying with Cassandra. She was gentle, attentive, and treated her like family. I truly appreciate everything she did, and I know she’ll bring that same care and dedication to every pet she looks after.
