Hello there, My name is Cassandra Noort and I am 32 years old. I was born in New Westminster and now again live in New West. I’m a licensed practical nurse. I have 3 older sisters and 1 younger brother and growing up we had several different pets, two of which I will share with you. We started out with having a rabbit named Twinkie whom had so much personality! We took him for walks on a little harness, we made him obstacle courses in our basement with boxes to which he would have to find the carrots, and we took him for bike rides with him sitting in our bike basket. He would even come when called! After Twinkie's passing we managed to convince our mom to get a dog to which our dad eventually obliged as well. Bailey became our family dog and she was such a joy to have. She was a shepherd/Border Collie mix and we spent a ton amount of time outside with her. Just like Twinkie, we went on tons of walks, made her obstacle courses with dog treats for her to find (and sometimes carrots still), and she ran along side us on our many bike rides as well. I often look back at those fond memories with my bunny and dog and that is why I would love to spend time hiking and going for walks with your dog/s via Rover.

I treat all animals with kindness. I love all animals and especially dogs as they are often kind and sweet in return. I also treat others belongings with respect and how I would treat my own belongings.

Cassandra walked my dog Jippy on two occasions and did a fantastic job. She was punctual both days and provided excellent care and attention. Jippy came back happy and clearly enjoyed both walks. I highly recommend Cassandra’s dog-walking services!
Cassandra was amazing with my pup, and rolled with the unique circumstance of my child being home at the same time. She sent photos during every walk and gave me consistent updates. I will definitely be booking her in the future!

Schedule
I’m currently working as casual so my shifts are different every week. If I know to walk your dog or stay over house-sitting I do have the luxury of decreasing my hours at work.

- I love all dogs. Through dog-sitting both strangers and friends dogs, I have experience with lots of different types of dogs. I have cared for large and small, young and old, kind/friendly and aggressive, well-trained and not trained much, and the most energetic dogs as well. I would like to know ahead of time if your dog is friendly first with humans and if they are friendly with other dogs. I would like to know if your dog has any strong fears or anxieties, if they are able to ride in a vehicle, and if they have any physical ailments. Knowing these things about your dog will not stop me from taking the time to care for your dog, but me knowing these things about your dog will enable me to be a better care-taker for your dog.
