I do work 7a-5p at a vet clinic, but I have lunch from 12-2pm and usually go and do potty breaks if close enough. If I am off work while I am house sitting I do usually spend all day there so your babies aren’t alone all day!

I have a fenced back yard that I do supervise all outside time, our dogs are friendly & if you would like them to have one on one play time that’s fine too! We also love going to the New Llano dog park in the early mornings when no one else is there & always bring collapsible water bowls. When I am house sitting all outside time is supervised so they are never alone. I send daily pictures and what we did that day every evening so you have no added stress worrying about your four legged children.

Before sitting I love having meet & greets because I can have some interaction with him/her and see if we will get along. During the meet & greet I’ll be asking you about dietary needs, medications, how much is he/she fed and how often. It may seem like a bunch of questions being thrown at you, but I want you to feel confident leaving your four legged baby with me.
A typical day
I love going on long walks weather permitting. And if they have a favorite toy to play fetch or tug a war with BRING IT! I’ll send you daily pictures of the adventures we go on! Picking my son up from school or just going and seeing my husband at the fire stations.

Hello!! My name is Cassandra (Cassie). I have over 10 years experience of being a vet tech and kennel tech. Now I currently run an animal rescue dogs, cats, miniature pot belly pigs and horses! We currently own 5 dogs our smallest is a corgi (Boudin) and our largest is a Great Dane then include in the mix my horse and mini pig. We currently live on a little over 2 acres and about 4/5 of it is fenced in. I do put my horse up in her stall and let the dogs stretch the legs out besides the back yard and if they seem nervous around Caly (my horse) we go on walks! I love walking!! It’s fantastic exercise for everyone! Plus if they tug on the leash too hard or anything let me know and it’s something we can work on while we are out walking. I also have a camera facing a portion of my back yard that I can give you the login to and let you know when we are outside so you can see them playing! At this time I can only do house sitting and drop in visits due to my rescue being full and I would not want to stress your baby out by meeting so many new dogs! I do apologize for the inconvenience!

If you are looking for a pet sitter that will absolutely go above and beyond, look no further!! We went on a several week trip and Cassandra sent the most detailed updates and clearly spoiled our kitties. She not only spent tons of play time with them, but even brought them new toys to play with!!! Not to mention she was nice enough to sweep and do small things around the house which was so kind of her!! You can tell she really knows animals and also really cares about the pets in her care. I would absolutely recommend Cassandra for anyone who is looking for a pet sitter!!
Cassandra was amazing. This was only our second time using Rover, first time using her and man- she was just the best. Our animals were so happy, so well taken care of, we got a ton of pictures and great detailed updates. She is so kind, genuine and caring. Will 1000% be booking with her again! The peace of mind was so worth it.
