I cannot recommend Cassandra enough! I needed a sitter for four days, and she went above and beyond from the very beginning. Because my dog is very shy and lacks socialization with humans (which can sometimes lead to aggression), Cassandra graciously agreed to meet with us ahead of the scheduled boarding to get acquainted with her. During the stay, Cassandra was wonderful. She even offered to pick my dog up, kept me updated throughout the booking, and sent lovely pictures of them on walks. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such capable and caring hands. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and will certainly be rebooking with her in the future!
She took really good care of Spoofy and always kept me updated. She kept his best interest in mind and made sure that he was very happy the whole time. Thank you for making Spoofy feel at home!
We had a wonderful experience with Cassandra as our dog sitter. Cassandra was amazing. Communication was clear and friendly from the start, and we felt completely at ease leaving our dog LALA in her care. She made sure LALA was comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout the stay. We also loved receiving regular updates and photos, which showed how happy and relaxed LALA was. When we picked her up, she was calm and clearly well cared for. We would absolutely recommend Cassandra and would happily book with her again in the future.
We are new to the island and so happy we found Cassandra! Our older dog is nornally stressed in new places but he was happy in all of the pictures she sent and was so well adjusted when we picked him up! Cassandra is so easy to work with and so reliable! We are so happy working with her!
Cassandra was great! She approved a last minute booking day of, with 2 hours notice when we had to fly to the mainland for a family emergency. It was really helpful for us to be able to book so quickly and we appreciate her flexibility!
