Hello! I have had animals my entire life, from dogs and cats to farm animals. In addition to growing up caring for my pets, I was a veterinary assistant for three years in vet clinics, and I worked in a large humane society managing the care and health of all the animals for one year. This means I am familiar with giving oral and injection medication, administering fluids, monitoring bathroom habits, caring for senior animals and very young animals, and behavior of all kinds!

I have handled extreme behaviors in several different types of animals and know how to safely deescalate a situation if necessary. When visiting homes, I always make sure to have the owners introduce me to their animals outside first (when possible) and then again in the home so they understand that I am not trying to harm them, or their people. This way when I visit alone, they remember the positive interactions we have had already.

Cassie is consistently great whenever we book her to drop in on our two cats. She's very professional, communicative, and great with the cats. We always feel that they're in good hands with her. She has also majorly helped us out with unexpected house things popping up while we've been away. We'd highly recommend her for taking care of your pets.

Schedule
I have a full time job during the week, so my availability is limited to evenings after 5 pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday. I am happy to hang out with your pets when you have short weekend trips to take!
