Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a registered nurse in Oklahoma, I recently transitioned from full-time to occasional part-time work, which gives me a much more flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, medication administration, or simply providing companionship, I enjoy making each pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, from 6-week-old puppies to senior dogs 18 years old. I am comfortable working with a wide range of personalities and temperaments, including shy, anxious, fearful, and reactive dogs. My goal is always to make each dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they're in my care. I also have extensive experience caring for dogs with medical needs and am comfortable administering medications and following detailed care instructions. My experience includes caring for dogs with: - Heart failure - Seizure disorders - Age-related incontinence - Stress-induced hemorrhagic gastroenteritis (HGE) - Post-operative orthopedic surgery recovery I understand that every dog is unique, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and any special needs.
