Reliable pet sitter
I grew up loving pets and taking care of our rat terrier Sami. I begged my mom to start volunteering with me at the local animal shelter since I was too young to go alone. I spent years walking dogs, cleaning kennels and assisting with temperament training. In high school I started volunteering with horses and cats at a local stable. As an adult, I have spent the last 7 years working with my own rescue dog, a black lab named Loki. He was very nervous and reactive when I first adopted him but has become the sweetest dog. I am comfortable with all breeds, as well as administering medications. If I hadn't gone into a career in human medicine, I definitely would have gone into veterinary medicine!
