I have lots of experience working with almost any species. So, I can care for rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, rats, pigs, chickens and horses too (not just dogs and cats!) You know your pet best so I will listen to all of your advice. If they are nervous or fearful I can come for multiple visits beforehand so they can get to know me prior. I will likely always keep dogs on leash even if they are good for you off leash since I am a stranger (unless of course you have a fenced in yard).

It is important to know any allergies, fears, aggressions, any and all medical history. If your dog has a history of seizures, biting, diabetes, etc. I do not judge- just need to know! :)
A typical day
I love to play fetch, I can throw a frisbee, and I love to go for long walks in the neighborhood. You can let me know where the best route would be in your area. I also love to read so if an ideal visit for your pet is to just veg out with them to keep them some company I am happy to do that too.

Hi there! I’m Casey, I am 33 years old, and I’ve been a veterinary technician for about 15 years. I began my career in general practice while in college and have since gained experience in specialty, shelter, and emergency medicine- so I am comfortable with any personality or situation! I’m confident with daily routines such as walks, feedings, and administering medications, as well as handling pets with anxiety or behavioral challenges. If your pet is high-energy and loves a long walk and/or a good game of fetch I am there! Otherwise, I am a big reader so if they would prefer a nice relaxing visit just for some company, I’m happy to provide that as well. I can’t wait to get to know your babies and make their days brighter and fun while you’re gone. You can rest assured they’re in safe, loving hands. Feel free to reach out anytime.
