I can't recommend Carvin enough. I had to leave my dog with him for a full month while I traveled to China, and I was nervous going in, my dog has anxiety and can be reactive/aggressive in unfamiliar situations, so trusting someone with her for that long wasn't easy. From the very first meeting, Carvin took the time to understand her triggers and worked patiently to make her feel safe and comfortable. What really stood out was the communication. Even with a full month away, Carvin sent me pictures and videos throughout her stay, which meant the world to me every time I missed her. He even surprised me by getting her groomed while I was gone, she looked amazing when I saw the photos, and it was such a thoughtful touch I never expected. It takes a special kind of patience and skill to care for a dog with anxiety and behavioral challenges, especially over an extended stay, and Carvin handled it with so much compassion. I came home to a happy, well-groomed, well-adjusted dog, and I trust him completely. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a sitter who treats your pet like family.
