Carter was able to help out last minute when plans changed. He communicated well, fit in a meet and greet before I left, and I came home to a happy and healthy dog after my weekend away. Carter was respectful of my home, and even helped me out and watered some plants while I was gone which I appreicated.

It was very upsetting to come home after only 2.5 days to find the following: - Our metal bed frame was broken (metal completely bent in a way that seems impossible unless someone was jumping on the bed) - The water bowls were filled but filthy - none of the wet food had been used (that’s half of each of our pets’ diet and we left clear instructions) - The litter boxes had not been cleaned at all - There was trash left in the bathroom and a drawer was pulled out and crooked - all lights and AC in the bedroom had been unplugged - four extension cords were plugged into each other and left plugged in in the bedroom Carter and his mom were very sweet in our pre-meeting but he is clearly not responsible enough to take care of people’s pets and homes.

Carter was great. He communicated really well and was great to work with. I will use Carter again.

Carter was great! He was able to take my pup last minute over memorial weekend. My dog is very hesitant around other dogs but Carter and his pup were warm and welcoming to mine. The pups got along great! Will be using a Carter again in the future.

Carter showed up on time and took excellent care of my dog Rosie. He went above and beyond expectations. Rosie loved Carter and we will be having him back very soon.
