A typical day
I love interacting with pets all day long. With working from home, I can take periodic breaks to entertain, walk, and explore. For dogs, I can even take them out to some of the local parks, find a trail, or just go for a ride in my truck. Letting pets explore and learn is what I love to do. Keeping your pup's brain moving, their bodies active, and their comforts met is what I strive for. For cats, I'm respect their feelings and tend to them in the most comfortable way that I can for them. For those who need their space, they can perch up in the window bed to watch the deer visit my home (multiple times a day), snuggle up on the couch on a cozy blanket, or get them up and moving with a favorite toy.

Recently moved to RVA. I've taken care of cats all my life and dogs from time to time. From back when I was a teen at home with our family cat to ones of my own I've been caring for cats all my life. I have a deep understanding of cat body language, respecting their boundaries, and providing the attention and care they need.

We missed our dogs terribly while away on vacation, but never once were we worried about how they were at home. Carson kept us updated with daily pictures or notes about how they were doing. It was clear how much they immediately took to him and how happy they were with him around. And on top of that, he took some incredible action shots of our dog flipping for the frisbee, which he threw for her each day the sun was shining. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful care Carson gave our dogs and the peace of mind he gave us while traveling. Absolutely recommend him and will hopefully work with him again in the future!
Carson was amazing, we have a high energy dog and one with issues with separation anxiety and every picture and video we got you could tell our boys were having the times of their lives. He got them settled and comfortable so quick and we could not have been happier with our experience!
Carson did an excellent job watching our two young mini daschunds and my twenty year old cat who takes medications twice a day every day. Our cat actually was in better shape when we picked her up then when we dropped her off. The dogs were sad to leave at first. He sent videos and photos during our vacation and they were always having fun and very happy. I think it was a vacation for them too. We never worried about them while we were away, they were in very good hands. We will be having Carson watch our pets for now on as long as hes able to.
Carson was very flexible and understanding of my dog's unique needs. It was nice that he works from home. Luna loved hanging out with him.
